Südwestmetall Sponsorship Award 2026 for Ann Sophie Lauterbach

Ann Sophie Lauterbach, postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Organization and Management, has been awarded the Südwestmetall Sponsorship Prize for her dissertation.The prize, which has been awarded for over 35 years, recognizes outstanding achievements by early-career researchers in Baden-Württemberg. The prize is endowed with 5000 euros and is awarded annually at the suggestion of the universities for outstanding dissertations that are of particular importance to the industrial world of work or its socio-political framework conditions.

Ann Sophie Lauterbach’s dissertation at the University of Konstanz is characterized by its special significance for the industrial world of work and its socio-political framework conditions. She is now continuing her research projects on working environments and psychosocial health at the Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dresden.

The award ceremony took place on April 22, 2026 in the association building in Stuttgart.
