Odfjell Drilling Ltd (“Odfjell Drilling” or the “Company”, OSE:ODL), notes thatHarald Thorstein has informed the board of his decision to step down from hisrole as Non-Executive Director of Odfjell Drilling Ltd with effect from today,30 April 2026.
Pursuant to the Company’s Bye-Laws, the resulting vacancy on the Board ofDirectors does not need to be filled and the Board will now consist of fournon-executive directors.
