John Hammersmark, known as the captain of Kompani Lauritzen, comes to Alta with his lecture - It can always get worse.

It can always get worse is an engaging and thought-provoking lecture with John Hammersmark, known from the Norwegian Armed Forces’ Special Command and as a captain in Kompani Lauritzen. With experience from demanding situations where cooperation, trust and clear leadership are crucial, Hammersmark focuses on how we humans react under pressure.The lecture provides valuable perspectives on self-management, coping and interaction – topics that are highly relevant for NITO members in the face of restructuring, change and demanding processes in working life. With concrete examples, seriousness and humour, he shows how it is possible to set high standards, while at the same time taking care of people and building security in the organisation.

NITO Finnmark has purchased a limited number of tickets for this lecture and it will be a first-come, first-served principle that applies.
