Lilly and Stella and Clara celebrate birthday trip to Tintagel, Cornwall; Seagull Uwe joins lunch

Day 13

Tintagel

Today was Lilly’s birthday . That’s why we already woke up at 4.30 am to decorate our room for her. Afterwards Stella made a delicious Nutella-toast-cake for breakfast. Then we got ready for our trip to Tingtagel. When we arrived at the bus station we also handed out some party-hats. After a few hour- drive we arrived at Tingtagel and walked to the entrance. First, we split up in small groups, then we started our tour of the ruins of some ancient houses . We continued by walking to the top of the hill. There we ate our lunch with the seagull named Uwe. After that, we looked at the statue of Gallos and walked down to the windy beach. To end our trip, we went to the small village Boscastle. There we ate jacket potato and drank a smoothie. That was our fantastic day in Tintagel.
