12.05.2026, 10:48 UhrStans - SoftwareOne Holding AG has reported constant currency revenue growth of 12.9 per cent and a 32.8 per cent increase in adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of 2026. The software and cloud solutions provider is now raising its full-year forecast.
(CONNECT)SoftwareOneincreased its reported consolidated revenue under IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) by 67.4 per cent to 387.7 million Swiss francs in the first quarter of 2026 compared with the same period last year. Reported EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to 71 million Swiss francs.
In astatement, the company says this sharp rise in revenue particularly reflects the acquisition ofCrayonas well as a high volume of CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) agreements and early renewals of Microsoft contracts. On a combined like-for-like basis, revenue was up by 12.9 per cent at constant currency, while EBITDA soared by 32.8 percent to 79.4 million Swiss francs.
This positive performance was reportedly driven by high demand across all regions and business segments – in particular NORAM (North America), where revenue increased by 10 per cent to 42.8 million Swiss francs. Strong CSP demand across the Direct and Channel segments, as well as the stabilization of the business, were key drivers.
SoftwareOne’s other regions also performed well. In the German-speaking DACH region, revenue rose by 8.4 per cent to 86.8 million Swiss francs, supported by accelerating Enterprise Agreement (EA) to CSP conversion and strong Microsoft business. WEMEA (Western Europe, Middle East, and Africa) achieved growth of 11.1 per cent, climbing to 79.2 million Swiss francs, which was driven by Microsoft, CSP migrations, and services.
APAC (Asia-Pacific) grew by 18.4 per cent to 67 million Swiss francs thanks to high demand for cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions as well as cybersecurity. The strongest growth was reported by the Nordics, up 32.7 per cent to 68.4 million Swiss francs. This was driven in particular by the Direct business and Services. LATAM (Latin America) grew by 9.4 per cent to 23.7 million Swiss francs.
Across the business lines, Software & Cloud Channel posted the strongest revenue growth, up 37.3 per cent to 40.4 million Swiss francs. Adjusted EBITDA was 24.3 million Swiss francs. Software & Cloud Services increased revenue by 14.9 percent to 193.5 million Swiss francs and generated EBITDA of 9.9 million Swiss francs. Software & Cloud Direct grew by 5.8 per cent to 153.8 million Swiss francs, with EBITDA of 69 million Swiss francs.
Reflecting this positive performance, SoftwareOne is raising its forecast for 2026. The company now expects mid to high-single digit revenue growth and an EBITDA margin of over 23 per cent on a combined like-for-like basis. ce
