An 84-member Indian shooting contingent will compete at the ISSF Junior World Championship 2026 in Suhl, Germany, from June 16 to 26.
Now in its fifth edition, the Junior Shooting World Championships will feature competitions in rifle, pistol and shotgun across Olympic and non-Olympic disciplines for athletes in the Under-21 age category.

The last edition of the ISSF Junior World Championship was held in Lima, Peru in 2024. Indian shooters topped the medals tally with 24 medals, including 13 gold, three silver and eight bronze.
Pistol shooter Parisha Gupta and junior Asian women’s trap champion Sabeera Haris, both medallists at the last junior world championships, are among the notable names in the Indian squad for the shooting meet in Suhl.
Over 800 shooters from 70 federations will participate in the competition.
