ROSEN Group Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

ROSEN Group today announced the appointment of Alanna Abrahamson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1 July 2026. She succeeds Matthias Vogt, who has decided to pursue new opportunities outside the company.

Abrahamson is an accomplished global finance executive with more than 25 years of international leadership experience across industrial, technology-driven, and multinational organizations. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Marelli Group, a leading global automotive technology company operating across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Prior to joining Marelli, she held a number of senior finance leadership positions at ABB, including Group Head of Investor Relations and CFO of the Process Automation Division which serves the oil and gas industry as leader in industry digitalization.

Abrahamson brings a strong combination of strategic finance leadership, transformation expertise, and global business experience that will support ROSEN’s next phase of sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term stakeholder value creation.

Abrahamson holds a Master of International Management (MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Simon Fraser University. She is a Canadian citizen and brings with her extensive international experience across North America, Europe, and Asia. She will be based at ROSEN’s headquarters in Stans, Switzerland.
