Several high-profile divers from Great Britain will be in action at the week-long championships, taking place at the venue used during the Paris 2024 Olympics. Find out more.

The European Aquatics Championships 2026 begin in Paris, France, this week, with some of the continent's best divers set to be in action in the pool.

The week-long diving competition starts on Friday (31 July) and runs through to 6 August, with the events taking place at the Olympic Aquatic Centre in Saint-Denis, the venue built for hosting diving, water polo and artistic swimming Olympic events at Paris 2024 .

It marks the 38th edition of the Championships and the second edition in the French capital, which first hosted it in 1931.

Divers will compete in the following events:

The top divers to watch at European Aquatic Championships

Great Britain will field a star-studded lineup, especially in the synchro events.

Their 15-member cohort features the duo of Yasmin Harper and Scarlett Mew Jensen , who won Paris 2024 bronze and 2025 world silver in the women's 3m springboard synchro.

Reigning Olympic women’s 10m platform synchro bronze medallists Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix and Louis Toulson are also set to compete.

On the men’s side Team GB has Anthony Harding and Jack Laugher , who won Olympic and then world bronze in the 3m springboard synchro, and Noah Williams , the Paris 2024 bronze medallist in the men's 10m platform.

Fans should also watch out for Italy's Chiara Pellacani , the women’s diver of the year for 2025, who is the defending champion in the women's 1m springboard and mixed 3m synchro, which she won alongside Matteo Santoro last time out.

Ukraine’s two-time Olympian Oleksii Sereda , the men's diver of the year, will seek a fourth European title in the men’s 10m platform, an event in which he also won world silver last year.
