MUFG Announces Donation for Earthquake Relief in Kumamoto

Tokyo, July 30, 2026 — MUFG extends its deepest sympathy to all those affected by the recent earthquake in Kumamoto.

As a joint effort by six group companies (MUFG Bank, Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Holdings Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management Co., Ltd. and ACOM CO., LTD.), MUFG will donate a total of fifty million yen to support relief efforts.

MUFG sincerely wishes for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas.
