Nigeria’s NCAA champion Ogazi crossed the line first at Scotstoun Stadium on Saturday, 1 August, claiming Commonwealth gold.
NCAA superstar Samuel Ogazi of Nigeria blazed through the one-lap race in 44.25s to take the 2026 Commonwealth Games men’s 400m title.
Jereem Richards of Trinidad and Tobago followed in second with 44.82, with South Africa’s Zakithi Nene in third with 45.21.
