Badminton BWF Korea Masters 2026: How to watch Lee Zii Jia live in action

The Paris 2024 Olympic bronze medallist will be hoping to progress further than he did at last week's Taipei Open during the 4-9 August tournament in the Republic of Korea.

Lee Zii Jia can expect an easier test at the BWF Korea Masters 2026 this week than the one he faced at last week’s Taipei Open.

In Taipei, the Paris 2024 Olympic men’s badminton bronze medallist from Malaysia was taken to three sets by home crowd favourite Liao Jhuo-fu in the first round before being ousted over the distance by All England champion Lin Chun-yi , also from Chinese Taipei.

The Korea Masters, also a Super 300 event, should present less of a challenge with the highest-ranked player being Teh Jia Heng of Singapore at No. 29.

Lee, who is currently ranked 60th, has been drawn against compatriot and world No. 80 Eogene Ewe in the opening round.

The 28-year-old Lee’s last title dates back to the Australian Open in June 2024.
