First PhD defense from the CHEMINA lab. Congratulations, Dr. Stuber!

The CHEMINA team traveled to Zurich on July 31st to appreciate Annina Stuber’s excellent PhD defense titled “Developing novel aptamer-based tools for neurotransmitter detection” at ETH. The PhD defense committee was composed by Prof. Janos Vörös from ETH Zurich, Prof. Nako Nakatsuka from EPFL, and Prof. Róisín Owens from the University of Cambridge. She is the first PhD student from the CHEMINA lab to graduate. Annina had a very successful PhD journey, with five first-author papers and book chapter published and over 15 students supervised. She has been a great role model for the CHEMINA team and we wish her great sucess on the next steps of her career!
