The Torino Global Skills Summit 2026 will bring together policymakers, experts, employers, education and training providers, and young people from the EU and ETF partner regions to explore how skills can drive competitiveness, inclusion and resilience.
Taking place at the OGR Torino on 23-25 November , the Summit will contribute to the wider European debate on the future of skills, including the EU’s Union of Skills and its focus on high-quality education and training, lifelong learning, labour-market relevance, skills portability, and opportunities for people to upskill and reskill throughout their lives.
Over three days, participants will take part in high-level dialogue, practical exchanges and showcases of innovative approaches that are helping skills systems respond to economic, social, green and digital transitions.
The programme will include an opening plenary, thematic tracks on People, Business and Society , and the #MadeWithSkills Marketplace , highlighting skills-driven products, services and initiatives from around the world.
Turin will also serve as a Living Lab , showing how cities, local ecosystems and partnerships can accelerate skills development, innovation and inclusion.
A series of Teaser Events throughout 2026 will build momentum ahead of the Summit, supported by the #MySkillsOurImpact campaign, which will collect personal skills stories from across ETF partner countries and beyond.
We will upload a list of hotels with set prices for the duration of the Skills Summit as soon as this becomes available.
The venue for the Summit is the OGR Torino , which is easy to reach from the city centre via several means of public transport. We encourage the use of sustainable modes of transportation in order to reduce visitors’ environmental impact.

The Torino Porta Susa railway station is located just a ten-minute walk from Corso Castelfidardo, 22, where you’ll find the entrance to the OGR Torino . If you arrive at Torino Porta Nuova railway station instead, you are advised to take metro Line 1 in the direction of Fermi and alight at Vinzaglio, before walking 10 minutes to Corso Castelfidardo, 22.
Turin is quite easy to navigate by bicycle, with bike racks freely available for use at the OGR ticket office, also located at Corso Castelfidardo, 22.
If you are travelling by car, there are several public car parks and some underground car parks in the vicinity of the OGR, including:
Nino Bixio car park: Via Nino Bixio, 46
Palagiustizia car park: Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 126A
Corso Stati Uniti covered car park: Corso Stati Uniti, 49
For attendees who require accessible parking, the closest disabled parking spaces are located at Corso Castelfidardo, 16A, as well as the side streets by the intersection of Corso Castelfidardo and Corso Stati Uniti.
