Seven days of Europe’s best athletics action awaits Birmingham at the 2026 European Athletics Championships from 10-16 August.

The entry list features multiple Olympic champions and 10 reigning world champions from 2025.

Last time out, Italy topped the medal table with 11 golds and 24 medals in total. As Great Britain play first-time hosts, they will be hoping to improve on their four golds from two years ago.
