Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Regnology, a leading provider of regulatory, risk and supervisory technology, on the acquisition of Fed Reporter, a market-leading US provider of regulatory reporting solutions for financial institutions of all sizes, including banks, credit unions and bank holding companies.

The acquisition represents a significant milestone in Regnology's US expansion and is expected to create one of the most comprehensive regulatory reporting offerings across the American financial landscape, extending Regnology's reach to more than 4,000 institutions, from global banks to community lenders. By combining a cloud-first, agentic-first technology foundation with Fed Reporter's deeply embedded local expertise, the transaction strengthens Regnology's ability to support more efficient, transparent and data-driven regulatory reporting in the United States.
