To secure the team qualification, Switzerland must finish in the top seven in the world. Team chef d’équipe Peter van der Waaij is fielding a squad led by its two key riders: Martin Fuchs with Conner Jei and Steve Guerdat with Dynamix de Belhême . They are joined by Jura-based rider Gaëtan Joliat with Chelsea Z and Jason Smith with Picobello van’t Roosakker.
Alain Jufer with Chaccoo de l’Escaut MM will travel with the team as the reserve rider.
