About the speaker Dr. Joanna Ritz is a business psychologist and consultant based in Düsseldorf. She helps experts and organisations communicate their expertise clearly, build visibility and develop leadership presence. Her perspective combines 15 years of experience across consulting, academia and business. She holds a PhD in Work and Organisational Psychology, previously worked as a Manager at BCG and as a professor at Amsterdam Business School, and is certified in Hogan Assessments.
