Deutsche Bank to take space at YY London, Canary Wharf, from early 2028

Deutsche Bank today announces that it has secured office space for its infrastructure functions at YY London in Canary Wharf, following an extensive review of options ahead of the expiry of its current lease at 10 Upper Bank Street in July 2028. Canary Wharf houses the bank’s infrastructure functions including technology and operations, while its core businesses are located at its UKI headquarters at 21 Moorfields in the City of London. In late 2027, DWS will also move into 21 Moorfields.

Current lease: 10 Upper Bank Street (expires July 2028)

Building: Fully electric, targeting net-zero-in-operation

Workplace amenities: Modern working areas, in-house cafe options, commuter facilities, rooftop gardens and terraces

YY London offers a high-quality, future-ready workplace designed for collaboration, with strong sustainability credentials and smart building technology. The building’s connectivity places it within a short journey of Deutsche Bank’s City of London headquarters at 21 Moorfields, while remaining at the heart of Canary Wharf’s transport and amenity network.
