Condolences on passing of King Harald V

We are deeply saddened by the loss of King Harald V. For 35 years, his reign in Norway reflected his commitment to the people and his drive for unity.

As a mark of respect, the flags of Norway and the European Patent Organisation were flown at half-mast on 28 August. A letter of condolence is also being sent to the Norwegian delegation to the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation.
