Wonderful raises 550 million dollars
Tel Aviv-Jaffa - Wonderful has received an investment of 550 million US dollars in a Series C funding round. The company, founded in 2025, is now valued at 5 billion US dollars. It plans to use the funding to further scale its artificial intelligence-powered operating system for enterprises.
( CONNECT ) Wonderful has announced the completion of a Series C funding round worth 550 million US dollars. The round was led by Insight Partners of New York. Other participants included Salesforce and existing investors Index Ventures and IVP (all based in San Francisco), as well as Vine Ventures (New York), 9Yards Capital (Los Angeles), and Bessemer Venture Partners (Menlo Park).
The total funding raised by the Israeli-Dutch company, which has a branch in Zurich, has now reached approximately 834 million US dollars, just 14 months after its founding in 2025. Following its 150 million US dollars Series B funding round in March 2026, Wonderful has expanded its operations to more than 35 markets, grown its global workforce to 650 employees, and developed its platform into a full-fledged artificial intelligence (AI) operating system called Wonderful AI OS, according to a statement .
At that time, the company was valued at 2 billion US dollars. Six months later, Wonderful’s valuation has more than doubled to 5 billion US dollars. With the fresh capital, the firm plans to expand into additional markets.
CEO and co-founder Bar Winkler believes that “AI operating systems will become the foundation of every enterprise.” He explains that “organizations need a shared AI foundation that compounds in value as more of the enterprise relies on it, and that’s exactly what we’re building.”
According to the statement, Wonderful AI OS is open and model-agnostic, serving as a shared operating layer that coordinates agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations, and governed execution across an organization. Jeff Horing, co-founder and managing director at lead investor Insight Partners, is convinced that “Wonderful is pursuing one of the largest opportunities in enterprise AI.” ce
