This ATR is in effect as of 10 March 2026. The Warsaw Laboratory can continue carrying out its regular anti-doping activities, as per the ISL. However, all routine samples that require confirmation analysis of substances related to modafinil shall be securely transported to another WADA-accredited laboratory. Accordingly, WADA has agreed to suspend the Madrid Laboratory’s accreditation effective on 11 July 2026. The suspension shall remain in effect for a period of up to six (6) months, or less if WADA confirms that the Laboratory's operations in the renovated facilities comply with accreditation requirements.
