18 teams set for U-18 Women’s Softball Pan American Championship in El Salvador
A total of 18 teams will compete in the VI U-18 Women’s Softball Pan American Championship, which will take place in San Salvador, El Salvador, from 21 to 28 November 2026 and serve as a continental qualifier for the next WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup.
The tournament, organised under the auspices of WBSC Americas Softball, will bring together Argentina, Bahamas, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, USA, US Virgin Islands and Venezuela.
The 18-team field underlines the scale of the continental competition, with nations from across the Americas competing for the Pan American title and qualification places for the WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup.
Games will be played at two venues in San Salvador, the Estadio Ing. Pablo Arnoldo Guzmán in Colonia Guatemala and the Estadio Nacional de Béisbol Saturnino Bengoa.
Competition is scheduled to begin on 21 November and conclude on 28 November, with the opening ceremony taking place on 20 November.
