Caorle hosted the Finals of the Absolute Italian Beach Volleyball Championship tour, where the 2026 national champions were crowned. Valentina Gottardi & Reka Orsi Toth (pictured in the main photo; source: federvolley.it) defended their women’s national title. On Sunday, the top-seeded team mastered a 2-0 (21-17, 21-11) sweep of the gold medal final against Giada Benazzi & Erika Ditta. Third-seeded Claudia Puccinelli & Aurora Mattavelli took the bronze medal after a 2-0 (21-16, 21-10) shutout of Cindy Lee Fezzi & Jessica Bellero Piccinin in the third-place match.
Men’s bracket leaders Manuel Alfieri & Alex Ranghieri also defended their national champions’ crown. In the gold medal showdown, they produced a 2-0 (21-17, 21-14) victory over second-seeded Marco Ulisse & Giacomo Spadoni. In the bronze medal game, Marco Caminati & Enrico Rossi defeated Michele Luisetto & Fabrizio Mussa by 2-0 (21-19, 21-16).
