The Swiss Scale-up Report 2026 highlights the important role scale-ups play in driving innovation, attracting investment and creating long-term economic value in Switzerland.

One of the report’s key findings is that many scale-ups expect to reach an exit or liquidity event within the coming years. While international buyers remain attractive, Swiss capital market solutions continue to be considered by a meaningful share of founders as their companies mature. The report also shows that larger companies are more likely to consider long-term independence as a future path.
