The technologies will extend an operational platform for content identification, broadcast monitoring and configurable analysis. Commercial agreements with technical assistance and research cooperation are sought. - Full Description - A Greek technology SME develops an operational platform for audiovisual intelligence, configurable artificial intelligence analysis of audio, video and text, real-time audio content identification and continuous radio and television monitoring. The platform transforms audiovisual content into structured outputs using configurable templates, selectable attributes, controlled vocabularies and specialised taxonomies. The company seeks complementary technologies that can be integrated with this existing technological core. It is not seeking solutions that duplicate its existing audio-fingerprinting, broadcast-monitoring or configurable audiovisual-analysis capabilities. The first area of interest is advanced multilingual and domain-specific artificial intelligence for speech and language processing. The company seeks technologies that can improve speech recognition, speaker separation, transcript correction, translation, entity extraction and semantic or contextual analysis, with particular relevance to Greek and other European or less-resourced languages. Self-hosted, privately deployable or European data-environment solutions are preferred where technically feasible. The second area is multimodal artificial intelligence and direct video understanding. The existing platform can analyse audio and textual information associated with audiovisual material. The company seeks complementary technology capable of analysing the visual stream itself and correlating visual information with speech, sound, transcripts and existing content-identification results. Relevant functions include scene and shot detection, optical character recognition, on-screen text extraction, object and action recognition, logo and product detection, visual-context analysis and temporal correlation between visual and spoken events. The third area concerns interoperability with music, audiovisual and rights-related data platforms. The company seeks technologies, interfaces or data-exchange solutions that can connect detected recordings with musical works, rightsholders, publishers and relevant identifiers, including International Standard Recording Codes, International Standard Musical Work Codes and Interested Parties Information identifiers. Relevant functionality includes recording-to-work matching, metadata validation, management of uncertain or conflicting records, and cue-sheet import, correction, approval and export. The objective is to integrate complementary technologies into the existing platform and validate their application in operational media-monitoring, content-identification and rights-related workflows. Under a Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance, cooperation may involve licensing or acquisition of suitable technologies together with integration, configuration and technical support. Under a Research and Development Cooperation Agreement, partners may jointly adapt or develop technologies, datasets and workflows and validate them through defined pilot applications. The SME will contribute its existing platform, content-identification technology, broadcast-monitoring infrastructure, configurable artificial intelligence processing and technical know-how. Each party will retain ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, while licensing, access rights and ownership of jointly developed results will be agreed for each collaboration. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought - The requested technologies should complement the existing platform and be sufficiently mature for integration or pilot validation. Technologies duplicating the existing audio-fingerprinting, broadcast-monitoring or configurable audiovisual-analysis functions are not sought. Earlier-stage technologies may be considered where relevant datasets, demonstrable results and a credible development pathway are available. Multilingual artificial intelligence and language processing Partners should provide documented models or technologies supporting, as relevant: • speech recognition, particularly for Greek and other European or less-resourced languages; • speaker separation

diarisation; • transcript correction; • translation; • entity extraction; • semantic and contextual analysis. Access should preferably be possible through an application programming interface, licensed deployable model or self-hosted

private implementation. Partners should provide information on supported languages, measurable performance, computational requirements, licensing conditions and applicable data-protection arrangements. Multimodal and video understanding Required capabilities may include: • timestamped scene and shot detection; • optical character recognition and on-screen text extraction; • object and action recognition; • logo and product detection; • visual-context analysis; • structured export of visual-analysis results; • temporal association of visual results with speech, audio, transcripts and content-identification results. Rights-data and cue-sheet interoperability Relevant technologies should support documented interfaces or exchange formats for recordings, musical works, rightsholders, publishers, territories, ownership information and identifiers such as International Standard Recording Codes, International Standard Musical Work Codes and Interested Parties Information identifiers. Required functionality may include recording-to-work matching, metadata validation, handling uncertain or conflicting records, and cue-sheet import, correction, approval and export. - Stage of Development - Available for demonstration - Sustainable Development Goals - Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth - Goal 16: Peace and Justice Strong Institutions - Goal 17: Partnerships to achieve the Goal - Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure - IPR status - Secret know-how Partner Sought - Expected Role of a Partner - Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance The partner should provide a complementary technology that can be licensed or otherwise made available for integration with the existing audiovisual-intelligence platform. The partner should provide the necessary technical documentation, interfaces or deployable components and cooperate on integration, configuration, testing and validation. The partner should also clarify licensing conditions, deployment requirements, performance parameters and any restrictions on use or data processing. For multilingual artificial intelligence, the partner should provide relevant speech or language models and support benchmarking and adaptation for the intended application. For video understanding, the partner should provide structured, timestamped visual-analysis outputs that can be correlated with the platform’s existing audio, transcript and content-identification results. For rights-data interoperability, the partner should provide documented interfaces, exchange formats, matching mechanisms or other technical components required to connect detected recordings with works, rightsholders, publishers and identifiers. Research and Development Cooperation Agreement Research and technology partners should contribute complementary expertise, datasets, algorithms, technical components, pilot environments or validation capacity. They may participate in adapting multilingual models, developing multimodal analysis, improving recording-to-work and metadata matching, or developing and testing cue-sheet interoperability. Universities, research institutions, technology companies and specialised platform providers with relevant expertise in language technologies, computer vision, multimodal artificial intelligence, media intelligence, metadata management or rights-data systems are relevant. Research activities should build on and extend the SME’s existing technological core rather than require the development of an unrelated product. The Greek SME will contribute its existing platform, audio-identification technology, broadcast-monitoring infrastructure, configurable artificial intelligence processing and technical know-how. Partners will retain ownership of their pre-existing technologies. Licensing and access rights, as well as ownership of jointly developed results, will be agreed for each cooperation. - Type and Size of Partner - SME <=10 - SME 11-49 - SME 50 - 249 - University - Big company - R&D Institution - Type of partnership - Commercial agreement with technical assistance - Research and development cooperation agreement Dissemination - Technology keywords - 01003008 - Data Processing
