Patient beschwert sich über Therapieausfälle und unkoordinierte Behandlung in LVR-Klinik Viersen, NRW; Sexueller Missbrauch durch Personal, systemische Versäumnisse Erfahrungen mit LVR-Klinik Viersen, NRW, 27.08.2026 Ich möchte mich hiermit ausdrücklich über die derzeitige Situation in Ihrer Praxis Klinik beschweren. Es kommt wiederholt zu krankheitsbedingten Ausfällen bei den behandelnden Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten. Dadurch fallen vereinbarte Therapietermine immer wieder aus bzw. es findet über längere Zeit keine kontinuierliche Therapie statt. Für mich ist diese Situation äußerst belastend und vor allem im Hinblick auf den Behandlungserfolg nicht akzeptabel. Hinzu kommt, dass aus meiner Sicht auch die medikamentöse Behandlung nicht ausreichend bzw. nicht passend erfolgt. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass meine Behandlung insgesamt nicht zuverlässig und kontinuierlich gewährleistet ist. Ich erwarte von einer medizinischen Einrichtung eine verlässliche Versorgung, eine nachvollziehbare Behandlungsplanung und eine angemessene Kommunikation, wenn es zu personellen Ausfällen kommt. Ich bitte Sie daher um eine zeitnahe Stellungnahme dazu, wie die wiederholten Therapieausfälle künftig vermieden bzw. aufgefangen werden, welche Vertretungsmöglichkeiten bei krankheitsbedingten Ausfällen bestehen, wie die Kontinuität meiner Therapie sichergestellt werden soll und wie die derzeitige Medikation überprüft und gegebenenfalls angepasst wird. Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass es mir nicht darum geht, einzelne Mitarbeitende für Erkrankungen verantwortlich zu machen.
