LfL-Preistelegramm für Juli 2026 Aktuelle Entwicklungen der bayerischen Erzeugerpreise Globale Ernteprognosen für Weizen Die USDA prognosiziert in ihrem jüngsten WASDE-Report (10.Juli) die weltweite Weizenernte auf rund 820 Mio. t. Das bedeutet ein Minus von 2,8 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Bei den fünf größten Exporteuren (Russland, EU-27, Kanada, Australien, USA) könnte die Erzeugung insgesamt sogar um 10 Prozent zurückgehen. Extreme Hitze dezimiert insbesondere in Amerika und Australien die Ernten. Die USDA rechnet mit 42 Mio. t bzw. 28 Mio. t, was gegenüber dem Vorjahr einem Rückgang von jeweils etwa 20% entspricht. China und Indien - neben der EU-27 die größten Erzeuger – erreichen mit 141 Mio.t bzw. 121 Mio.t etwa das Vorjahresniveau; beide Länder decken vorwiegend den Eigenbedarf und exporieren kaum. Anders verhält es sich mit Russland, das zwar deutlich weniger produziert (88 Mio.t), laut Report aber knapp die Hälfte seiner Ernte ausführen wird. Die EU-27 exporiert im Vergleich dazu laut Schätzung etwa ein Viertel der Weizenernte. Die Weizenernte in der EU taxiert der Coceral-Crop Forecast (10.07) auf 140,8 Mio. t und damit um 6% niedriger als in der vergangenen Saison. Jüngste Hitzewellen in Europa schadeten dem Weizen vor allem in der Kornfüllungsphase. Besonders betroffen sind Süd- und Zentralfrankreich, aber auch Spanien, Österreich, Polen, Ungarn und Süddeutschland. Laut USDA reduzieren sich auch die globalen Weizenbestände leicht von 34% auf 33% des Weltverbrauches. Bei nahezu unver- änderten Verbrauch wirkt dies in der Regel preisstützend. Dennoch ist die Verteuerung des Weizens an der MATIF um gleich 8,9% im Juli überraschend. Der Septemberfuture schließt zum 03.08. mit 225,75 Euro/t; der Dezembertermin liegt um 6,5 Euro/t, der März- 2027-Termin um 9,25 Euro/t darüber (Quelle: euronext markets).
