German business support organisation offers AI-powered video solution for securing knowledge at the workplace in Germany; knowledge usable within minutes across Europe

German business support organisation offers AI-powered video solution for securing knowledge at the workplace in Germany; knowledge usable within minutes across Europe Artificial intelligence-supported video-based solution for capturing, securing and transferring practical knowledge at the workplace | Enterprise Europe Network Term of Validity: 4 September 2026 - 4 September 2027 Summary - Profile Type - Technology offer - POD Reference - TODE20260904007 - Term of Validity - 4 September 2026 - 4 September 2027 - Company’s Country - Germany - Type of partnership - Commercial agreement with technical assistance - Targeted Countries - All countries General information - Short Summary - A German business support organisation specialising in digital learning and knowledge management offers an artificial intelligence-supported video solution enabling companies to secure practical and experiential knowledge themselves at the workplace. Employee-generated videos become multilingual learning content for onboarding and training and can be made digitally available within minutes instead of days or weeks. Commercial agreements with technical assistance are sought across Europe. - Full Description - A German business support organisation specialising in digital learning and knowledge management develops an artificial intelligence-supported, video-based solution for capturing and securing practical and experiential knowledge directly at the workplace. In many companies, critical know-how is still tied to individual employees. When experienced employees are absent, change positions or leave the company, valuable knowledge can be lost. Conventional documentation and the production of digital learning content often require additional time, media expertise and separate production processes. The approach follows a simple self-service process: relevant knowledge is selected, employees are enabled to use the solution, practical knowledge is captured directly during work, the content is processed with artificial intelligence support and finally made digitally available for other employees. Employees record work processes themselves with a smartphone from their first-person perspective. A guided workflow supports the recording process. Artificial intelligence-supported functions are designed to simplify subsequent editing, for example through voice or text input, video editing, subtitles and multilingual processing. This lowers the barriers to content creation and enables employees and internal key users to capture valuable knowledge themselves without requiring extensive media production expertise. The resulting knowledge modules can be made securely available through a dedicated digital learning environment that can be provided as part of the solution. This creates an end-to-end workflow from workplace knowledge capture and artificial intelligence-supported processing to digital learning and knowledge transfer. Integration with existing learning management systems can also be considered where appropriate. A key objective is to significantly reduce the time between the real work process and digitally available knowledge. Instead of conventional production cycles of days or weeks, practical knowledge can become usable learning content within minutes. At the same time, first-person recordings make real work processes visible and can therefore provide a basis for process analysis, standardisation and optimisation. Typical applications include onboarding, production and assembly, machine operation, maintenance, technical service, quality assurance, occupational safety and logistics. The solution is designed for scalable, cross-site and multilingual use. Companies participating in the underlying innovation project include organisations with sites in other European countries, providing a relevant context for cross-border and multilingual knowledge transfer. Small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger companies across Europe are sought for commercial implementation under a commercial agreement with technical assistance. Partners should provide suitable operational use cases, involve relevant knowledge holders and appoint internal key users. The German organisation supports implementation, employee enablement, technical setup and the establishment of the digital learning environment. The objective is to enable companies to secure valuable knowledge themselves and to scale the approach across further processes, teams, sites and countries. - Advantages and Innovations - The solution combines employee-generated first-person video, guided smartphone-based recording, AI-supported editing and direct integration with digital learning environments in one continuous workflow. Employees can capture practical know-how themselves directly at the workplace without requiring extensive media, IT or e-learning expertise. After recording, the employee simply describes the required edits by voice command or text input. The AI-supported editor can cut the video, add text, images or graphical elements, automatically create multilingual subtitles and translate spoken content. Interfaces to learning management systems enable the resulting knowledge and learning modules to be transferred directly into digital learning environments and made available to other employees with very short lead times. A key advantage is the learning-readiness time: practical knowledge can be transformed from a real work process into usable and digitally available learning content within minutes instead of days or weeks. The first-person recording also makes real work processes visible and provides a basis for process analysis, standardisation and optimisation. This low-threshold self-service approach enables companies to empower employees themselves to capture and transfer valuable experiential knowledge. The solution is designed for scalable, cross-site and multilingual use across teams, locations and countries. - Stage of Development - Available for demonstration - Sustainable Development Goals - Goal 10: Reduced Inequality - Goal 4: Quality Education - Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth - Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure - IPR status - No IPR applied Partner Sought - Expected Role of a Partner - The organisation is seeking small and medium-sized enterprises as well as larger companies across Europe that want to secure, structure and transfer valuable practical and experiential knowledge from their operational work processes. Partners should identify a concrete operational use case and involve relevant knowledge holders and employees. Typical applications may include onboarding, production and assembly, machine operation, maintenance, technical service, quality assurance, occupational safety or logistics. No specific expertise in media production, artificial intelligence or e-learning is required. The approach is designed as a low-threshold self-service process that enables employees and internal key users to capture and secure workplace knowledge themselves. Partners are expected to appoint suitable internal key users and actively apply the workflow for recording, artificial intelligence-supported processing and digital provision of knowledge in a real working environment. The German organisation supports implementation, employee and key-user enablement and technical setup. A dedicated digital learning environment can also be provided as part of the portfolio, creating an end-to-end solution from workplace knowledge capture and artificial intelligence-supported processing to secure digital provision, learning and knowledge transfer. The objective is a commercial implementation with the potential to scale the approach across further processes, teams, sites and countries. - Type and Size of Partner - SME 11-49 - SME 50 - 249 - Big company - Type of partnership - Commercial agreement with technical assistance Dissemination - Technology keywords - 02003005 - Information processing & Systems, Workflow - 01005002 - E-Learning - 01005003 - E-Publishing, Digital Content - 01003003 - Artificial Intelligence (AI) - 01003015 - Knowledge Management, Process Management - Market keywords - 09003005 - Consulting services - 02007016 - Artificial intelligence related software - 02007008 - Business and office software - 02007010 - Education software - 02007019 - Computer-aided instructions - Targeted countries - All countries
