Bei den Europameisterschaften 2026 in Stare Jablonki Polen (12. bis 16. August) spielen 32 Duos bei Frauen und Männern um Europas Krone und je einen Quotenplatz für die Olympischen Spiele LA28. Sieben Teams aus Deutschland, sechs aus der Schweiz und vier aus Österreich treten bei den Titelkämpfen an. In der Vorrunde sind die Duos auf jeweils acht Vierergruppen aufgeteilt, danach geht es im K.o.-Modus bis zu den Matches um die Medaillen weiter. Nur die Letzten jeder Gruppe scheiden nach der Vorrunde aus, die Zweit- und Drittplatzierten ziehen in die erste K.o.-Runde ein, die Gruppensieger stehen direkt im Achtelfinale.
