August 2026 Bern, 12.08.2026 — Änderung der Liquiditätsverordnung (Vorbereitungsanforderungen für den Bezug von Liquiditätsunterstützung bei Zentralbanken) Mit den im Juni 2025 verabschiedeten Eckwerten aufgrund der Massnahmen und Empfehlungen aus dem Bericht des Bundesrates zur Bankenstabilität und dem Bericht der parlamentarischen Untersuchungskommission beabsichtigt der Bundesrat, das Potenzial zur Liquiditätsversorgung über den Lender of Last Resort auszuweiten. Mit der Vorlage sollen Anforderungen an Banken zur Vorbereitung von zentralbankfähigen Sicherheiten in die Liquiditätsverordnung eingeführt werden.
