Platz im Finale Regierungspräsidiumsebene Vorfreude auf den Alpencross: Gut vorbereitet ins Abenteuer Der Alpencross steht kurz bevor. Endlich ist es so weit: Am Mittwoch dieser Woche beginnt das große Abenteuer. Der Alpencross startet, und innerhalb von sechs Tagen stehen etwa 280 Kilometer und beeindruckende 7.400 Höhenmeter auf dem Programm. Die Vorfreude in der Gruppe ist riesig – alle können es kaum erwarten, endlich loszufahren. In den vergangenen Wochen wurde intensiv trainiert und an den letzten Vorbereitungen gefeilt. Beim finalen Check haben wir eine Tagestour absolviert, die knapp 1.400 Höhenmeter und eine Strecke von 81 Kilometern umfasste. In etwa sechs Stunden sind wir von Ravensburg zum „Höchsten“ nach Baienfurt und über Bolanden sowie Unterankenreute wieder zurück nach Ravensburg gefahren. Damit haben wir eine typische Tagesetappe des Alpencross simuliert, um unseren Fitnessstand zu überprüfen – und abgesehen von einem platten Reifen hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. ...
