HPR beim SMWK tagt alle zwei Wochen in Dresden; 34,5 % Wahlbeteiligung 2021 1 Der HPR beim SMWK in der Amtsperiode von 2021 bis 2026 Wer sind wir? Der HPR beim SMWK ist die Stufenvertretung, die eine lückenlose Personalratsbetei- ligung auf allen Verwaltungsebenen sicherstellt. Wir vertreten über 26.000 Beschäf- tigte, die an den vier Universitäten, fünf Kunsthochschulen, fünf Hochschulen für an- gewandte Wissenschaften, der Dualen Hochschule Sachsen mit ihren sieben Studien- akademien (bis Ende 2024: Berufsakademie Sachsen), den fünf Staatsbetrieben (Sächsische Staatstheater, Sächsische Landesbibliothek – Staats- und Universitäts- bibliothek, Landesamt für Archäologie, Deutsches Zentrum für Barrierefreies Lesen, Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden) und im SMWK tätig sind. Unser Gremium be- steht aus 25 gewählten Mitgliedern, davon zwei Beamtenvertreterinnen und 23 Ver- treterinnen für die Tarifangestellten. Wahl 2021 und Struktur des Gremiums nach der Wahl Neben den beiden Beamtenvertreter*innen sind vertreten: • die Liste „GEW – Die GEWerkschaft für alle Hochschulbeschäftigten – Gemein- sam – Engagiert – Wirksam“ mit sieben Mandaten • die Liste „Gute Arbeit in der Wissenschaft – ver.di“ mit sechs Mitgliedern • die Liste „Kunst und Kultur stärken“ mit vier Mandaten • die Liste „Wertschätzung leben“ ebenfalls mit vier Mandaten und • die Liste „Kompetent und Sozial“ mit zwei Mitgliedern. Unsere Mitglieder kommen aus 13 der insgesamt 20 Einrichtungen des SMWK-Ge- schäftsbereichs. Die Wahlbeteiligung 2021 lag bei 34,5 %. In Einrichtungen mit weniger Personal lag sie, wie bei vorherigen Wahlen, wiederum deutlich höher (Spitzenwert: 88 %) als in den großen Universitäten, in denen ein Wert von durchschnittlich 30,3 % erzielt wurde. Zum Vorsitzenden haben wir Wolfgang Macheleidt (HTW Dresden, Liste „GEW – Die GEWerkschaft für alle Hochschulbeschäftigten – Gemeinsam – Engagiert – Wirksam“) und zu seinem Stellvertreter Dr. Yves Hoffmann (Landesamt für Archäologie, Liste „Kunst und Kultur stärken“) gewählt. In den erweiterten Vorstand wurden als Beamten- vertreterin Ulrike Mikolasch (TU Dresden) sowie als Vertretungen der Tarifangestellten Jörg-Ulf Röhl (TU Bergakademie Freiberg, „Gute Arbeit in der Wissenschaft – ver.di“), Marita Andó (Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, Liste „Kunst und Kultur stärken“) und Anke Haake (TU Dresden, Liste „GEW – Die GEWerkschaft für alle Hochschulbe- schäftigten – Gemeinsam – Engagiert – Wirksam“) gewählt, Imre Bösze (Universität Leipzig, Liste „Wertschätzung leben“) war zunächst zur Unterstützung der Vorstands- arbeit teilweise freigestellt. More recently, it has been realized that crystalline structures can also emerge in time. Research in this direction has been developing steadily for over a decade. In this talk, I will discuss spontaneous formation of time crystals in interacting many-body systems and how condensed matter physics can be explored in the time domain using periodically driven systems. I will also describe how these ideas may be used to develop time-tronics, in which time- crystalline structures play a role analogous to that of printed circuit boards, enabling the design of versatile quantum systems. This framework allows for the realization of structures of higher than three dimensions, with flexible connectivity and reconfiguration, and may offer new ways to implement quantum gate operations. Overall, the study of crystalline order in time provides new possibilities for organizing and controlling complex quantum systems beyond the constraints of conventional spatial crystals. ...
